We know that being able to go on holiday is a relative privilege, but the aftermath isn’t. Irrespective of the reason, depression is real.

It began with a midnight breakfast, a police officer and a herd of rams. This is the story of a journey in the dark.

I’m writing this at the end of a long night, a long way from home. A long night on the loch and what a night of social anxiety it has been.
